# Empowered to be

> I am a professional counsellor who works with you to explore blocks or struggles within your life. My approach is tailored to you and what you would like from your sessions. My counselling room is quiet, warm, and private, with a parking space. This room will be your safe space, giving you the confidence to talk about personal or delicate topics that you would not ordinarily speak to someone else about, without judgment or prejudice.
