Confidentiality and Commitment
I believe that clients have the desire and the capacity to grow towards fulfilling their true potential and that they are their experts of their own thoughts and feelings. For this reason I will not give you advice or offer solutions but will work with you to understand yourself more fully and to help you find and build your own confidence to be able recognise and confront situations that you might be struggling with. Together we will build a greater self-awareness in yourself and give you full autonomy to make those decisions yourself. With our mutual agreement, I will help you make constructive changes, leading to a more satisfying and meaningful life.
