The reason I launched Pint Sized Problems Men’s group chat, is that I feel men are increasingly being overlooked in today’s social landscape. While women, rightly so, have been empowered to have equal rights, voices, and opportunities, men are often left without guidance on what their evolving role looks like.
Men today don’t need to be the “alpha male” in a relationship, nor do they need to be the primary breadwinner. Yet, society doesn’t always offer them a roadmap for navigating this new reality. Pint Sized Problems aims to create a space where men can explore their identity, redefine strength, and find purpose in ways that are authentic to them.

Pint Sized Problems is a space for men to come together, have a chat, and share what’s going on in their lives. By talking about common experiences, you’ll quickly see you’re not the only one facing certain thoughts or challenges.
The name Pint Sized Problems is deliberate, we keep things light, focused on the here-and-now, not digging into the past.

I’m a qualified counsellor based in Newton Abbot. My goal is simple: to help men feel empowered to move forward with confidence, knowing that past choices or experiences don’t define who they are today. I’m also studying and researching men’s mental health, and what I’ve discovered is shocking. The statistics, the outdated beliefs, and the old expectations we and others still carry.
Did you know men die by suicide at a rate five times higher than women? More 96% of men are in prison and women are 4%. These aren’t just numbers, they’re signs that something isn’t working for men in today’s world.
I’m not starting this group to rise up against women. I’m starting it to give men a space to understand themselves better, their role, their new role, their direction, purpose, or simply a sense of peace with their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.

Pint Sized Problems isn’t a business or a charity, and it doesn’t cost a thing. All I ask is that you:

🎯 Around the World Darts Tournament
Where every number is a destination and the dartboard is your globe!
🌍 Why “Around the World”?
Imagine the dartboard as a miniature planet. Each number from 1 to 20 is a stop on your global adventure. Your mission? Travel to every destination in order, then land the final shot at the bullseye to claim victory.
🕹️ How to Play
• Each player gets three darts per turn.
• Your goal is to hit numbers 1 through 20 in sequence, followed by the bullseye.
• You must hit the current target number to move forward. Miss it? Your turn ends, and you’ll retry that number on your next go.
• If you hit multiple correct numbers in order, you’ll pick up where you left off next turn.
• Example: Hit 1 and 2, miss 3 → next turn, you aim for 3.
• The first player to complete all 20 numbers and hit the bullseye wins the game and the pot!
This isn’t just about hitting numbers, it’s about hitting pause on the everyday grind.
The Around the World darts tournament is designed to promote men’s mental health in a way that’s fun, friendly, and low-pressure. It’s a chance to connect, laugh, and get a taste of what Pint Sized Problems offers:
• A welcoming space for honest conversation
• Emotional support without judgment
• Playful tools for exploring your thoughts, feelings, and patterns
• Strategies for growth, connection, and positive change
Whether you’re here for the competition or the camaraderie, every throw is a step toward something deeper. And who knows,
your next bullseye might be emotional clarity.
