The reason I launched Pint Sized Problems Men’s group chat, is that I feel men are increasingly being overlooked in today’s social landscape. While women, rightly so, have been empowered to have equal rights, voices, and opportunities, men are often left without guidance on what their evolving role looks like.
Men today don’t need to be the “alpha male” in a relationship, nor do they need to be the primary breadwinner. Yet, society doesn’t always offer them a roadmap for navigating this new reality. Pint Sized Problems aims to create a space where men can explore their identity, redefine strength, and find purpose in ways that are authentic to them.
Pint Sized Problems is a space for men to come together, have a chat, and share what’s going on in their lives. By talking about common experiences, you’ll quickly see you’re not the only one facing certain thoughts or challenges.

I’m not starting this group to rise up against women. I’m starting it to give men a space to understand themselves better, their role, their new role, their direction, purpose, or simply a sense of peace with their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.
Pint Sized Problems isn’t a business or a charity, and it doesn’t cost a thing. All I ask is that you:
